MAILING YOUR QUILT

If you would like to send me your quilt, please follow the below instructions:

  • Quilt top - Press your quilt top and clean it of extra threads

  • Quilt back - Press the quilt back and square it up. It needs to be 6” longer and 6” wider than the quilt top. (Note: I sell a variety of quilt backing if needed. Price varies.)

  • Batting - If you send batting it needs to be bonded and at least 6” longer and 6” wider than the quilt top. (Note: I sell Hobbs 80/20 and polly down, and Quilter’s Dream Select in 100% cotton and dream polly. Price varies.)

  • Binding - Send 1 yard of matching fabric. (Note: This is optional as you can do your own binding)

  • When mailing your quilt place it in a large plastic bag to keep out moisture. Pack it tightly, but do not sandwich the quilt (i.e. fold pieces separately)!

  • Enclose completed Mailing Form. Make sure all sides of the package are sealed tightly. Label the box clearly.

Payments: A deposit of $50.00 is requested. You will be notified by phone or eMail when the quilt is finished and final payment is due at this time. When the final payment clears the bank, the finished quilt will be mailed back to you.
